Do I need to make an account?
No, the website runs through Shopify. If you have a Shopify account, you can sign in with that, if not and you don't wish to make one, it allows you to checkout as a guest.
Checking out as a guest may make you ineligible for some promotions, as these promotions are linked to customer accounts.
Something I want is out of stock
We try our best to keep stock on all of our items. We're a little one-(wo)man business at the minute, doing this in our free time, so things sometimes might run out.
If the store is saying something is out of stock, feel free to pop us an email at contact@toefunkstudios.com
I want to cancel my order
If you've placed an order and wish to cancel it, please message us immediately at contact@toefunkstudios.com.
If we haven't already shipped your order, we can cancel it and refund you.
Once an order is shipped, it can't be cancelled until it has been returned. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items.
International Orders
We don't currently offer shipping outside of the UK and therefore don't accept international orders. If you somehow manage to place an order from outside of the UK (Shopify shouldn't allow this) then your order will be refunded.
We hope to be able to open up to international orders at some point in the future.

How long will shipping take?
We dispatch orders on a daily basis, Monday through Friday. If you order before 12:30 on a weekday, we'll dispatch the order on the same day.
This means that for the most part, you should receive your order for the displayed estimated shipping time shown at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated when you proceed through the checkout based on the items that you've placed in your basket.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 and 24 (depending on which you select).
Which delivery service do you use?
We use Royal Mail for all of our shipping. You have the choice at checkout to select between Tracked 24 and Tracked 48. Tracked 48 is selected by default, as it is the cheapest option.
The front page says you're on holiday?
Ah, you've caught us whilst we're away. Don't worry, we'll be back!
The front page information will tell you when we expect to be back from holiday and when to expect orders to be shipped.
You can still place an order, but it'll be on hold until we get back and start shipping out again.
Returns
You have 14 days following the date of delivery to return your order.
Items must be in their original condition as when you received them (i.e./ not used).
You are responsible for the cost of returning the items.

My order was delivered damaged
We endeavor for all of our products to reach our customers in perfect condition, but once an order has left us, it's out of our hands and bad things can happen.
If your order has been damaged, please get in touch with us at contact@toefunkstudios.com and we'll sort you out.
I don't like what I ordered
Well that's not very good is it? If you're not satisfied with your order, please pop us an email at contact@toefunkstudios.com and we'll try to make things right.
You do have 14 days to return your items, but we may be able to sort things in other ways (i.e./ replacing missing/damaged items). Please get in touch.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
You're entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if goods you receive are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described.
If you feel like anything you have purchased fits this criteria, please contact us at contact@toefunkstudios.com so that we can put things right.

If you spend over £25 in the store after any applied discounts, you'll receive the option to select free shipping.
Free shipping will use Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will still have the option to use Royal Mail Tracked 24 if you wish, but it won't be free.
